Let the Star Tell You Her Secret to a Healthier Life

Olivia Cooke Pretty WallpaperNow if you are a true fan of Bates Motel, you must have found the beauty of this young celebrity to be extremely overwhelming. Olivia Cooke plays Emma in FOX’s thriller show Bates Motel which is a prequel of the legendary Hitchcock movie, Psycho. The show gives us a rare insight into the makings of Norman Bates, “the psycho” who eventually goes on to become delusional and faces split personality where he adopts the characteristics of his deceased mother. In the show, however, Norman Bates is jusgt a teenaged and his mother is living and breathing. Freddie Highmore plays Norman Bates and Vera Farmiga plays Norma Bates on Bates Motel. With stars like this orbiting the show, it’s difficult not to get overshadowed, but not when you are Olivia Cooke! She, even in this young age, has managed to win countless hearts through her work. I was intending to write an article, completely dedicated to her since a very long time. Her character, Emma Decody, is a simple girl next door with a fatal disease. 03She has s devil may care attitude on the show which makes her even more attractive. Besides giving a top notch performance on the show, Olivia also succeeds in looking fabulous on the show. Her raw beauty is spellbinding and that is one of the major reasons why we want to keep seeing more and more of her on teh show. She looks absolutely perfect onscreen. We really want to know her secret to this level of fitness, don’t you?

Olivia admits that she has an urge to possess great looking legs but has a firm aversion for the gym and thus, she prefers rollerblades over the gym instruments. To quote her, “I got into it when I was little, four or five, and carried on until I was 14. Last year, my mum bought me a pair (of blades) for Christmas. olivia-cooke-ouija-bates-motelMost people my age are doing something cool, like going to a (music) gig. I said, ‘I don’t care what people think anymore; this is so much fun’. I want nice legs, but I don’t want to go to the gym, so I just put on my Rollerblades.” She gave the statement to Marie Claire and I’m sure many of you can relate to her on this.

The gym is really not a party for most and if you can find a workout routine that engages you and entertains you at the same time then it becomes indispensible. As long as the physical exercise is working on you, just go for it, it is absolutely redundant to make your body go through something it is struggling to resist. I mean just look as Olivia Cooke, isn’t she dazzling in her own skin? So, we think you should try different fun, yet active, physical exercises and check for yourself, what suites you best. The right kind of activity is out there for you, just seek it appropriately and you should be set, for life.
